Mustapha Njie was born in Banjul in 1957, and upon completion of his professional training, he worked for international construction firms in the Gambia for thirteen years. He established his own construction company in 1990 and called it “TAF Construction Company Limited”. With dedication and hard work, within two years, he transformed the business into a Holding Company with interest in Building Materials Supplies, Real Estate and Tourism Development.
TAF holding company provides employment for over 500 Gambians and contributes to the strengthening of civil society through philanthropic gestures as well as provides sponsorship to needy students and sports in The Gambia.
In 1996, when the Gambia was to host the African union Summit, Mustapha Njie was tasked to design, build and furnish 52 Presidential Villas. This was completed in a record time of four months with satisfaction. As a result, Mr. Njie was jointly nominated the “2006 Man of the Year” by the Gambia News and Daily Report.
In the course of his business, career, he has bagged several awards and distinctions such as European Commission Global Business Award for Excellence and Quality. Three times The Gambia Chamber of Commerce Businessman of the Year (1993, 2004 and 2006. Gambian honorable businessman by ECOWAS in 2010. Mr. Njie has also been decorated with an Insignia of Member of the Republic of The Gambia (MRG) by His Excellency, The President of The Republic of The Gambia. He has also been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the Irish University Business School in 2004. Mustapha Njie has served in many Boards including the President’s Award Scheme, The Gambia Youth Business Trust, the National Printing and Stationery Corporation, Gambia Ports Authority and Gamtel. He is the current Chairman of the National Training Authority and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Trust Bank Limited.
Chike Ogeah is the immediate past Commissioner for Information in Delta State. A Lawyer and Psychologist, Chike has had a distinguished Career in the Management of Public and Private Institutions culminating in his overseeing the privatization of Skypower Aviation Handling Company. He served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company between December 2006 and May 2010.
Chike obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos in 1983 and returned to the same University to study Law which he completed in 1988. He was called to the Bar in 1990 on passing out of the Nigerian Law School. As a Legal Practitioner, he was the Principal Partner of Chike Ogeah and Co in Lagos between June 2001 to December 2003. Chike had worked in the Office of the Millennium Development Goals in the Presidency, Abuja as a Facilitating Consultant between August 2005 and February 2007. His responsibilities included developing the Millennium Development Goals in Nigeria.
Between January 2004 and August 2005, Chike was with the State Economic Empowerment Development Strategies unit of the National Planning Commission as National Coordinator. As National Coordinator, he supported the Economic Adviser to ensure effective briefing and training of all relevant NPC Staff in relation to the SEEDS process, to coordinate capacity building efforts and strengthen NPC’s ability to deliver support to the SEEDS process throughput the Federation.
Chike is Vice Chairman, Skyway Aviation Handling Company Limited,(SAHCOL) Nigeria's leading Ground Handling & Aviation Logistics Company as well as a Director at the Paelon Medical Center, a modern multi specialist disciplinary medical facility.

Mr. Barry was the Country Managing partner of the Gambia practice of Deloitte which provides Corporate Finance, Transaction and Valuation Services and other services across Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia and Cameroon. Mr. Barry was based in the Deloitte Headquarters for the West Africa Cluster in Lagos Nigeria which was involved in building up the Corporate Finance Business Unit. In December 2013 he set up his boutique advisory practice based in The Gambia mainly executing opportunities in Nigeria.
Mr. Barry is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and also possesses a Masters degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff. He completed the London Business School Corporate Finance Modular Programme in London, England in 2010.
Mr. Barry has been involved in several professional services delivery to clients and as a result has acquired extensive financial advisory and practice management expertise with an incredible network of contacts across West Africa. Currently Mr. Barry is the chairman of Alpha Capital Advisory.
Mr. Chikeluba is a lawyer by profession and also holds a B.SC Degree in Business Administration from the Font bone College, ST. Louis, USA and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Webster University, St. Louis, USA.
He is the MD/CEO of GMO Group of Companies and is currently the Vice Chairman of Aso Savings & Loans PLC. He is also on the board of National sports Lottery, Skye Bank Plc, Pharmadeco Plc, American Hospitals Limited and Staco Insurance Limited. Mr. Chikeluba obtained a BSc degree in Business Administration from the Font bone College, St Louis, USA, and an MBA from the Webster University, St Louis, USA. He also holds a degree in Law (Juris Doctoris) from the St Louis University School of law, USA. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988. He had about 3 years’ experience in Private legal practice before he was appointed a Director in GMO & Co Limited.
With over 25 years' work experience, Elizabeth Idigbe is reputed for her expertise in security documentation, debt factoring and restructuring, company secretarial services and general corporate practice.
She is presently the Managing Partner of the firm. Prior to this time, she worked in African Petroleum Plc from 2001-2010 where she rose to the position of the General Manager, HR/Corporate Services/Company Secretariat. She left in 2010 to return to the firm. A recipient of several awards, Mrs. Idigbe is also known for her unflinching support to the less privileged through her personal effort and work at Punuka Foundation.
A law graduate of the University of Benin (1986), Elizabeth was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987 and obtained an LLM from the University of Lagos in 1989. She is a full member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON). She was recently awarded a Diploma by the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the United Kingdom.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; International Bar Association; Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN); Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK; Women in Business and Management (WIMBIZ); the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA); amongst others.
Sam is a Partner with Victoria Chambers, a law firm specializing in advising major corporations on Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Energy & Natural Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions and Project Finance.
He has Global and Operating Unit experience in Upstream, Midstream and Gas Commercial operations including prior experience with the Federal Ministry of Justice, Civil Litigation Department and the National Population Commission Headquarters. He has in-depth knowledge of legal and contracting requirements in major projects. He is a trained negotiator and mediator. He is a Fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management, certified in Finance Crimes (Economic Crime and Fraud Prevention) and a Certified Compliance Officer.
He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a Council Member of The NBA – Section on Business Law (NBA SBL). He is also a member of Nigerian Gas Association (NGA), Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), USA, Nigerian Economic Summit Group, International Bar Association (IBA) and Society of Corporate Governance Nigeria
Joseph Edgar obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and also holds a Master of Science in Political Science and International Relations. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria and has attended several career enhancement courses including Senior Management Programme at Pan-African University, Lagos and Advanced course in Wealth Management at New York Institute of Finance. He has seasoned years of experience spread across the investment and wealth management industry.
He commenced his career as an Investment Analyst/Dealer at UNEX Securities Ltd. He moved to HNB Trustees Ltd to become a Relationship Manager and later moved to NAL Asset Management and Trust Ltd where he worked as a Marketer. He had a stint as a Funds Manager at Magnum Trust Bank Plc, from where he moved to BGL Securities Ltd and rose to become Executive Director, Private Wealth Advisory. He left BGL Asset Management Ltd to join Investment One Financial Services Limited as group head Wealth Management Division. Joseph also had a stint at City Securities Limited a subsidiary of FCMB as the as the executive in charge of the firm’s retail business. He left CSL to become the Managing Director of Aquila Asset Management Limited.
Joseph resigned from Aquila Asset Management Limited to join Hamilton & George Limited. Hamilton & George Limited under his stewardship has attained an enviable position in the investment and advisory landscape.
Lami holds a BSc and MSc Economics degrees both from the University of Lagos. He started his career with the law firm of M.O. Awoyemi & Co. as an analyst in the firm’s corporate finance practice. His core investment banking career began at Meristem Securities Limited from where he later moved to the International Energy Insurance Group (IEI).
He was involved in capital raising and transaction structuring activities running into billions of dollars while working at Meristem Securities Limited and IEI. He left IEI to lead the Advisory Services department of GTB Asset Management Limited- the erstwhile investment banking subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. (now Investment One Financial Services Limited). Further to his time at GTB Asset, he became the Group Head, Investment Banking Division at Eczellon Capital a prominent boutique investment banking outfit with offices in Lagos and Dubai and was responsible for charting the course of the firm's Investments & Advisory practice.
Prior to joining Hamilton & George Limited, Lami was Deputy Managing Director, Aquila Asset Management. His varied expertise spans Business and Financial Advisory, Debt & Equity Capital Raising, Strategic Planning, Business Process Reengineering and Project Management.
He is an Affiliate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), England & Wales; an Affiliate member of the Energy Institute, England & Wales; and an Individual Member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
